These terms apply to your use of studiolite.net (the “site”), operated by Studio Lite. By using the site, you agree to them. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate written agreement.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it or access it in ways it is not designed for.
Quotes and projects
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Any project begins only once we have both signed a written agreement that sets out scope, pricing and timelines.
Content and trademarks
The site’s design, text, graphics and logos belong to Studio Lite or are used with permission. Client names and work are shown with their permission and remain the property of their owners.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Studio Lite is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
