Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, budget and timeline.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support our services, send project updates, improve our website and meet legal obligations. We only send marketing emails if you ask to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Client portal

If you’re a Studio Lite client, we keep the information needed to run your project in our client portal: your name, email address and company details, project updates, files you or we upload, invoices, payment records and agreements. When you sign an agreement electronically, we record your name, email address, IP address, browser, the time you signed and your signature, and attach them to the signed document as a signature certificate. If you pay by card, the payment is processed by Stripe and we never see or store your full card number. Portal data is hosted by Supabase, and portal emails are sent through Amazon Web Services. We keep signed agreements and payment records for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email, payment and analytics providers, and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as expected.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
